Sarah lived on the Rosebud Sioux reservation in Rosebud, SD with her parents from 1984-1990. Her memories of these years have always played an important part in her life. This is a memorial for the Rosebud youth that Sarah would want. The family, with support from her friends, will try to help fulfill her dreams.
